Welcome to 1Click2Buy (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the “Platform”). By creating an account, browsing our Platform, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to create an account or place an order on 1Click2Buy. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3.Your Account

To place an order, you may need to register for an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration;
Keep your login credentials confidential and secure;
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account;
Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used fraudulently.

4.Orders & Pricing

All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided for general guidance and may occasionally contain errors. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or product information errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors, even after an order has been confirmed.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

5.Payment

We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout, which may include credit/debit cards, EFT, and approved third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

6.Delivery

Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier constraints, stock availability, address issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. Please inspect your order upon arrival and report any damage or discrepancy within 48 hours.

7.Returns & Refunds

You may return eligible items within the period stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Certain items (e.g. perishables, personalized goods, intimate apparel) may be excluded from returns for hygiene or safety reasons.

8.Third-Party Sellers

Some products on the Platform may be listed and fulfilled by independent third-party sellers. While we vet sellers before onboarding, we do not manufacture or directly control the quality of third-party listed goods. Seller-specific terms (e.g. warranty, return windows) will be displayed on the relevant product listing where applicable.

9.Acceptable Use

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user’s account;
Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including fake reviews;
Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Platform.

10.Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including logos, text, graphics, images, and software — is the property of 1Click2Buy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

11.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1Click2Buy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection legislation that cannot be lawfully excluded.

12.Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

13.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
